Villa Dolce is located in the Coyol of Alajuela, a peaceful neighbourhood and residential area.

Directions From the airport:
Exit the airport heading NORTH in the direction of Puntarenas/San Ramon/Jaco beach (away from San Jose) and drive for approx. 6Km down the highway. After approx. 4Km you will see the large Dos Pinos factory on your left. Keep driving until you get to a small bridge. Take the first exit on the right immediately after the bridge. Follow the street of the Coyol for about 500Mts. You will see the hotel entrance marked on the right side.

Directions from Manuel Antonio/Jaco/Guanacaste/etc::
Drive following the signs that lead you to the international airport of Alajuela. Approx. 8Km before the airport you will see some large, white cement fuel tanks with RECOPE written on them on the right side of the road. Keep driving until you see a small bridge. Take the first exit on the right immediately before the bridge. Go over the bridge and follow the street of the Coyol for about 500Mts. You will see the hotel entrance marked on the right side.

How to get to Alajuela centre and San Jose' from Villa Dolce::
To get to Alajuela centre, guests can take a local taxi for about $5 or take the local bus which stops right in front of the hotel every 15 min. To get to San Jose, guests can get to the airport by local taxi and then take a local bus from the airport to the centre of San Jose'. From the airport there is a bus every few min. going to the capital city.

For airport pick up::
we ask our guests to call us once cleared immigration and outside the airport arrivals terminal. Airport staff will help you to make the call or please call us reversed by dialling 110 from a public phone, which are available outside the terminal.
