Rooms and villas rates include:

• Free full breakfast including 3 types of fresh fruit, 2 types of cereal, toast (white or brown bread), eggs, Costa Rican Gallo Pinto, marmalade, butter, orange juice, milk and bottomless teas and coffee. Breakfast is served 6:30am to 9:30am.   
• Free takeaway breakfast for clients leaving early (juice, biscuits & a piece of fruit)
• Free airport shuttle 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Free cable TV in the rooms and villas
• Free internet / in-room Wi-Fi.
• Free private, secure parking.
• Free luggage / travel documents storage for returning clients.
• In room coffee maker with complimentary Britt coffee and tea

Rates do not include the 13% local sales tax.

Check out time 12 noon. Check in time from 2 p.m. We will do our best to accommodate any check-in and check-out requirements, but depending on availability.

Children up to 5 years old stay free of charge when sharing the room with an adult. Max. 1 child per room.

Payments can be made in US Dollars, Euro, Costa Rican Colones and we accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard & American Express).
We offer reserved rooms for owners with well behaved pets. Please add $12 + 13% tax to the room rate per pet.

Free airport shuttle: Maximum 2 trips per room.

Cancellation Policy

Due to limited space at Villa Dolce, there can be no exceptions to the cancellation policy.
• Over 30 days notice no charge
• 30 – 15 days notice 25% will be charged of total nights reserved.
• 14 – 7 days notice 50% will be charged of total nights reserved.
• Less than 7 day 100% will be charged of total nights reserved.

For large groups, pre-payment or a deposit may be requested and a different cancellation policy may apply.
